How does Affiniv pricing work?

Pricing is based on three factors: number of responses per month, billing frequency (monthly or annual), and integrations included in your plan.

Will I get a discount if I pay annually?

Yes — Growth and Advanced plans receive a 10% discount when billed annually. Enterprise plans can receive up to 25% off with annual or multi-year commitments. Quarterly billing options are also available.

How are responses counted?

A response is counted each time a survey is initiated by a respondent — whether they complete it or only partially fill it out. Partial responses are captured so you don't lose any data.

What happens if I exceed my monthly response limit?

You can upgrade to a higher plan or pay for additional responses at the per-response rate for your plan. We'll notify you before you hit the limit.

How many users can I add?

We do not charge per user. All plans include unlimited internal users and team members.

Can I change my plan at any time?

Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time with no lock-in.

Are there any setup charges or hidden fees?

None for Free, Starter, Growth, and Advanced plans. Enterprise may include a small one-time setup fee for custom configurations. Our pricing is fully transparent.

Can you help migrate data from another platform?

Enterprise plans include full hands-on migration support. For other plans, our team can assist for a one-time fee — reach out and we'll scope it for you.
